Artist Painting to Benefit Mini Horse Heroes
Artist and the Calgo Gardens community come together at "Art in the Garden" to support Mini Horse Heroes! It was a fun springtime event at Calgo Gardens, located in Howell Township, Freehold NJ that included Melanie Tsilivitis, Visionary Artist & Owner of 28 Lifelines. Melanie, a supporter of Mini Horse Heroes, donated a painting of miniature therapy Horse, Honor, to benefit the organization. And the winner of the painting was Anthony G. Sarra.
Artist, Melanie Tislivitis said, "I was delighted to paint Honor, his mission of community and charity are the heart of what I believe in, I'm thrilled to be illustrating those attributes", adding "it's those attributes that further my excitement as I become part of the fabric and community that is Calgo Gardens."
Owners of Calgo Gardens, Penny and Mark Estomin share in Melanie Tislivitis's desire to spread love and to give back to the community. The Estomins stated, "The Art in the Garden event is an excellent way for Melanie Tislivitis to not only use her skills to benefit a wonderful cause, but also to connect with the guests in the community." Adding, "The event on April 30th, is a day filled with fun that will benefit the community, local artists, Howell Food Pantry, Relay for Life and the Mini Horse Heroes foundation."
It was a great day for the community to learn more about Mini Horse Heroes and to meet miniature therapy horse, Hamlet. We would like to thank Melanie Tslivitis for her talent and generosity and to Penny & Mark Estomin of Calgo Gardens for including Mini Horse Heroes at their Spring time "Art in the Garden" event!
