A visit to the Garden of Reflection
We wanted to thank Lower Makefield, PA, Police Department in supporting Mini Horse Heroes and Madison K at the Garden of Reflection. It was special time spent by all who shared in the moments with Mini Horse Heroes???, Hamlet, who serves in Memory of Port Authority Police Officer, Kenneth F. Tietjen who lost his life on September 11, 2001.Kenneth Francis Tietjen - Garden of Reflection As Nina Kaplan, a proud supporter of Mini Horse Heroes, stands with Lieutenant Jason Braim and Captain Robert Lewis, she holds onto her book American Dreamers at the Garden of Reflection, 911 Memorial, Lower Makefield PA. Lieutenant Braim Nina Kaplan Captain LewisKaplan continues to share important messages with her books Madison K to be better, be kind and to remember, never forget those who serve and ones we lost. The Garden of Reflection, which is the next town over from Kaplan's store in Newtown PA, and is a place she visits and holds close in her heart. The memorial took on an even more meaningful message with miniature therapy horse, Hamlet who serves in memory of Ken Tietjen. Madison K shares a sweet moment with Mini Horse Hero, Hamlet. Hamlet shows off the bows Nina & Madison will be donating to Mini Horse Heroes - A Foundation in Memory of P.O. Kenneth F. Tietjen. Madison K has donated 1,000 bows to the foundation. Every time the miniature therapy horses, Honor and Hamlet visit a child in need they will receive a bow with love from Madison K! We would like to thank all of our supporters, first responders and volunteers!
